State of Solis was founded by Tiana, a qualified advanced Yoga instructor, qualified Pilates instructor and Naturopath, Tiana views Yoga & Pilates as a holistic practice that nourishes the Body & Mind.

By blending the principles of movement, breath, mindfulness, and holistic health, our aim is to guide people of all levels to feel empowered, balanced, and deeply connected in both Yoga and Pilates.

Our Founder
Hi, I am Tiana, founder of State of Solis.
My journey into wellness began with a deep curiosity about the relationship between the body and mind, and how true balance is cultivated through both.
​
After studying Naturopathy and Natural Health, I came to understand that wellbeing extends far beyond the physical, it is about supporting the nervous system, restoring balance, and nurturing the whole person.
Movement has always been a central part of my life, which naturally led me to Yoga and Pilates. I was drawn to their ability to strengthen and restore the body while also creating clarity, presence, and calm.
Over the years, I have refined a teaching style that is grounded, intentional, and adaptable , aiming to create an environment where people of all levels can feel empowered, grounded, and more connected with themselves.

Through State of Solis, I integrate holistic health principles, mindful movement, breathwork, and intelligent sequencing to create experiences to support connection to the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Whether delivered within a luxury spa, hotel setting, corporate environment, or private event, my intention remains the same: to create space for balance, presence, and embodied wellbeing.
